1. Delivery charges will be based on the weight of the package with a minimum charge of £3.00. All items will be dispatched in strong, anonymous packaging, with a return address only on the reverse. Delivery will be via Royal Mail 1^st class post. Your receipt will be included within the package. We aim to dispatch your order within 7 days, except weekends and Bank Holidays. We do our best to hold all items in stock but in the event we do not have an item in stock we will advise you.
2. We accept no responsibility for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

1. Beecourse Ltd offer a 100% guarantee that any product you are not perfectly happy with may be returned within 14 days. We will offer you a refund or exchange provided the product is returned in perfect condition, unused and any seals attached to the product or packaging remain unbroken. Beecourse Ltd will dispatch all items that we feel require protection for hygiene reasons in a clear bag or wrap that is sealed. This seal is designed to ensure our product remains unused therefore you can be totally assured that every product you purchase will be brand new. Due to copyright laws books & videos are not returnable unless they are faulty. Beecourse Ltd will replace, or offer a full refund, for any defective item which is returned within 28 days of delivery, fair wear and tear excluded. Unless the item is faulty, postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
2. Refunds for product paid for by credit/debit card will incur a 15% administration charge. This does not apply to products which are found to be faulty on receipt.
3. All DVDs sold by Beecourse Ltd. are for Region 2 (Europe) only, they are not suitable for use in Region 1 (North America).  Any purchase from any other Region of such DVDs, the purchaser will be deemed to be responsible for ensuring that he/she can view DVDs with Region 2 coding. No refunds  or returns are applicable to DVDs wrongly purchased.

The price you pay is displayed clearly in pounds sterling by each product and includes Value Added Tax. Non UK residents can reclaim this tax.
